After I was able to get to a healthy and joyful place despite the damage done after painful experiences in toxic relationships, women reached out wanting to know what to do and how to get there. Over 2 years' time, I slowly pieced together the process God brought me through to get there and modified it into a program so I could help other women achieve the change they were desperately seeking. That's how this 8 Week Introductory Program was born! You don't have to stay in a dark, confusing, or damaging place. Light and joy are available to you!
